MSC Enterprise Solutions is a division of MSC Education Holdings, with a focus on upskilling and preparing individuals for the work environment. MSC Enterprise Solutions identifies industry-specific skills gaps and crafts relevant training solutions to initiate competency-based training.

From this, the delivery of these practical training solutions is undertaken to assist businesses in securing and growing a more productive workforce.  Training initiatives are rolled out nationally using a variety of methodologies for several corporate clients and industry support intermediaries.

Types of training solutions offered include:
• Skills Programmes – a credit-bearing learning programme that leads to an employable skill
• Learnerships – an education and training programme that combines theory and workplace practice in order to obtain a registered and credit-bearing qualification
• RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) – acknowledgement of work done and skills acquired which counts towards a qualification
• Short Learning Programmes – aimed at working individuals and designed to upgrade
specific knowledge or skills in a short period of time
