MSC Education Holdings is seeking experienced professionals in the field of Facilities Management to join our team on a contract basis. As a Facilitator, Subject Matter Expert, and Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, industry-relevant education to students. If you’re passionate about shaping the future of facilities management and sharing your expertise, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • B-Tech qualification or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Property studies, Construction, Architecture, Business, Engineering, Social sciences, and other related fields
  • Facilitators and Assessors must be registered with SAFMA (previous experience as a facilitator/trainer in a related field is highly desirable)
  • Constituently registered Assessor and Moderator
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the specific field of expertise (such as Facilities Management or Business Ethics)
  • Experience with online training platforms and tools (such as Electronic Learning Platforms, MS Teams, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and students effectively.
  • Passionate about teaching and helping others succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Facility Management and incorporate it into the training material and case studies.
  • Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback during the training.
  • Research and prepare and maintain training documentation, materials and resources.
  • Online and manual marking.
  • Mentor and Workplace Programme .
  • Performing administrative duties.
  • Assessing the abilities and level of achievement of learners through direct observation and administering mock assessments.
